An environmentally-friendly and productive future

The concept of the “quality” process in product and services was launched in the early 1990s and centered on the analyzing of defects, standardization manufacturing, performance measurement and testing and Improvements in raw materials and the supply chain with the intended outcome being an Increase in efficiency, more durable, longer-lasting products, and long-term cost reduction.

The 2000s saw a shift to sustainability. Although sustainability remains the story: better trucks/vehicles, carpet recycling and saving water when cleaning carpet, the latest move is toward Wellness, aimed at creating a healthier environment to improve human happiness and productivity.

People spend 90% of their time indoors, which has a profound effect on one’s happiness productivity and wellbeing. Your social and physical environment is the biggest factor in determining the state of one’s health.

RDW adheres to this philosophy through its use of flooring products that contain low or no VOCs, and innovative applications that prevent slips, trips and falls, the biggest cause of injuries, especially in hospitals.
