In 1990, Randy’s strong entrepreneurial spirit and keen industry vision culminated in the launch of his own full-service flooring maintenance company serving the commercial market. His extensive experience in various management positions with a major international pharmaceutical company, coupled with industry affiliations—Randy was a founding member of the Delta Nu Alpha Transportation Fraternity (Cincinnati, OH), founder and first president of the Association of Interstate Commerce Commission Practitioners and president of the National Council of Physical Distribution Managers—had yielded extensive industry resources and a solid background in facilities management.

A graduate of the University of Cincinnati with a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Logistics and Instructor of Logistics and Curriculum Advisor at the same institution, Randy was the youngest person on record to be admitted to practice before the Interstate Commerce Commission at the age of 20.

After the launch of RD Weis, he quickly recognized the benefits of working with manufacturer-specified cleaning programs and established a relationship with Milliken, one of the world‘s leading textile manufacturers. In 1996, he formalized his company’s successful relationship with Milliken by becoming an authorized MilliCare® Commercial Carpet Care franchisee and then focused on expanding RD Weis’s range of product and service offerings.

Randy shares his industry expertise while playing an active role in multiple industry, civic and cultural associations. He is past Chairman of the StarNet® Commercial Flooring Cooperative (where he also served two terms as Director); Board Member of the Muscular Dystrophy Association; Board Member of the Fairfield Arts Council; past Board Member of IFMA, Hudson Valley Chapter; Board President of the Pajama Program; and past Board Member and Director of Membership of IFMA, Connecticut Chapter.

A frequent contributor to industry publications, Randy has been quoted in and written articles for a variety of publications including Crain‘s New York Business, New York Real Estate Journal, Cleaning & Maintenance Management, Today’s Facility Manager, Facilities Design & Management, Better Buildings, Carpet & Rug Industry and Real Estate New York.

Michael comes to RD Weis with an extensive background in Executive Leadership, including sales and national/global accounts, most recently with Jaipur Living in Atlanta, where he was Vice President in charge of the firms domestic and international sales, as well as shaping their long-term Strategic Planning. Prior to Jaipur, Michael spent 25 years with Milliken and Company in a series of sales and sales management roles where he had responsibility for the retail sales operations, corporate national accounts, International sales, and lastly was responsible for global accounts. Michael has a strong track record of opening up new channels of business and growing them well beyond historic levels.

Michael is a graduate of Bowling Green State University in Bowling Green, Ohio.

Mark Arbogast is a Senior Account Executive with RD Weis LLC. Mark has an extensive background in large public space specifications and projects: Airports, Museums, Transportation centers. Mark is currently the leading account manager for business development for Duracryl’s Durabella soy-based biopolymer Terrazzo, as well as a number of liquid applied poured flooring from Duracryl Global in the Netherlands.

Mark’s belief in environmentally sustainable products and technologies extends back into the 1970s. His role currently is to introduce Durabella soy based BioPolymer Terrazzo to the Architect and Design community and help specify the product for commercial, artistic, transportation and other applications in and around the Northeast.

Mark hails from Buffalo, NY and is a board member of the JFK Airport Chamber of Commerce. Mark is also a member of the International Facility Managers Airport Council representing 155 airports around the world.

Promoted to this position in April 2016, Brian covers first line operations for Boston as well as our Hartford office and is responsible for the supervision, scheduling and training of the technicians in both areas. Brian has been with RD Weis for four years and has worked in all facets of the New England operations, demonstrating a high level of dependability and an ability to grasp new services and to represent the company in a professional manner. Brian will spend a couple days a week in Boston and the remainder in Hartford. Brian will report to Roberto Carlos Molina.

Christopher joined RD Weis in the spring of 2000 as a carpet maintenance technician. In the summer of 2003 he was promoted to the role of Warehouse Manager. He has continued to climb the RD Weis corporate ladder, and moved into his current role of Operations Logistics Supervisor in 2005. Christopher currently handles all scheduling for the Hawthorne and NY Metro Office, in addition to handling the warehouse and vehicle fleet. Christopher, along with Vic Fotia, RD Weis Operations Manager at the RD Weis Headquarters, continues to put our customers first and plays a huge role in assuring company growth.

Chip brings to RD Weis years of experience in sales management, interpersonal communication, and leadership and has had enormous success with financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, purchasing, and negotiating.

Prior to joining RD Weis, Chip was Commercial Sales Manager for Stanley Steemer where he headed up the company’s National Account Sales Program. At Stanley, Chip was responsible for all commercial sales in Hillsborough and Pinellas counties (Tampa, St. Pete/Clearwater), and was the number one commercial sales person at the company for many years. A finalist for Stanley Steemer “Employee of the Year” (5000+ employees), Chip increased sales by 60% within four years and developed and implemented numerous national accounts, totaling over $5 million.

As the Athletic Director at various Ohio high schools, he was a proven leader that successfully recruited, retained and developed Athletic Directors, coaches and players.

Chip earned his Bachelor of Science in Education from Miami (OH) University where he was a member of the Student Athletic Council and Phi Kappa Psi Fraternity.

A past member of BOMA, Riverview Chamber of Commerce, and Business Network International (BNI), Chip is married with four children. He enjoys golf, boating, and the beach.

Vic Fotia joined RD Weis in 1994 as a Carpet Technician and quickly rose through the ranks, holding the positions of Lead Technician, Field Coordinator, Operations Supervisor of the CT office, Assistant to the Operations Manager, Night-time Supervisor and, currently, Manager of Operations. He is responsible for overseeing the duties of more than 20 Technicians and two Night Field Supervisors in the Elmsford, NY, NY Metro, NJ and Lower CT areas. A committed, “hands-on” manager, Vic continues to put RD Weis customers first and plays a huge role in assuring company growth. Vic, a native of Port Chester, is a die-hard Yankees fan and he prides himself on never missing a game!

Promoted to his current position in June of 2006, Kevin is charged with growing RD Weis’s, full range of service offerings in the national market. His primary efforts are focused on maximizing opportunities for service expansion to existing clients and pursuing a broadening scope of nationwide multi-location retail accounts. Kevin joined the company in the early 90s as Operations Manager and, within a short time, was promoted to Manager of National Accounts. He remained in this position until he was named Director of Sales, overseeing office and sales staff, developing and implementing new sales initiatives, including the creation of a protocol for new sales associates, and enlarging the company’s market share in flooring maintenance. Kevin was elected to the Board of the Hudson Valley Chapter of IFMA and currently serves as Treasurer. He holds an Associates Degree in Business from Norwalk Community College.

Suzanne Kolb joins RD Weis as a Senior Account Executive, working primarily in the Connecticut market, working out of our South Windsor office as well as her home office.

Suzanne brings 20 years of commercial interior design experience with her. She has spent the past 15 years as a contract interior designer with a Steelcase partnership company as well as a lead designer for a design build firm out of Bristol, CT, specializing in Hospitality design and renovations. For the past 5 years Suzanne has been focusing her attention on Commercial floor covering. She was a Strategic Account Manager for Aetna field and national accounts as well as a Project Manager for Fortune 500 accounts. She has transitioned to flooring sales. Her interior design background is an added dimension in understanding her client’s needs. Suzanne has a degree from The New York School of Interior Design.

An RD Weis veteran, James started with the company soon after its founding as a field technician. His hard work and diligence quickly led to his promotion to lead technician and, then, to Manager of Operations. In 1993, James helped the company open its first branch office in East Hartford, CT. Developing business in the Hartford and Boston area markets, James served as RD Weis’ Area Manager. After moving back to the Elmsford headquarters, he was promoted to his current position of Senior Account Executive. In this capacity, James is responsible for penetrating and servicing large accounts, developing new business relationships and educating clients and prospects on proper carpet selection, installation and maintenance.

Roberto Carlos Molina was promoted to Regional Vice President – Operations for New England in 2016, overseeing the operations, project management, and estimating for both offices. Carlos, a 12-year veteran with RD Weis began his career in Westchester as an estimator and has grown with the company seeking new challenges throughout the years, and has performed at an exemplary level since day one. Carlos is an important part of the fabric of the New England offices and has been a good mentor to the project managers throughout the company. Carlos also, is an important contributor to our Operations Managers team, who constantly is sharing new ideas and best practices.

Carlos has been an excellent representative from the company and understands the importance of good work, great service, and working as a team.

Jeff has over 15 years in the flooring industry, including 5 years Technical Service with RD Weis as a carpet and hard surface technician, where he received the bulk of his floor care education. Prior to returning to RD Weis, Jeff worked as an account supervisor for a local facility service company, servicing 13 accounts for janitorial, carpet and hard surface care. When the opportunity arose to return to RD Weis, he wanted to take on the challenge and return to the company he respected and where he felt most comfortable.

Jillian started her career in construction 10 years ago with a focus on the mechanical/HVAC industry. Aa an account executive in our Rochester office, she is tasked with easily and quickly solving a number of customer issues, which is mission critical.

Jillian has been a member of the National Association of Women In Construction (NAWIC) for about 7 years. She served on the board for a number of years and was Rochester chapter president from 2015-2017, enabling her to learn more about the construction industry and find support where she needed it as a young woman in a male dominated field. Jillian currently spends much of her time focusing on the support of diversity in the construction industry and helping bring awareness to women working in the trades.

She looks forward to a long and successful career with RD Weis and hopes to leave a strong footprint in the Rochester, Syracuse and Buffalo markets.

An accomplished Sales Executive, Jack brings to RD Weis years of progressive experience in the commercial real estate and construction services industries. He’s had enormous success in developing and meeting revenue and performance targets under strict deadlines and is highly accomplished in building and maintaining lasting relationships with customers and key stakeholders through his people-focused approach.

Prior to joining the RD Weis team, Jack was a Strategic Accounts Manager for a large flooring company, surpassing a targeted budget of $3 million in sales of commercial flooring solutions to end users, architects, designers and general building contractors. As a Licensed Real Estate Associate, he specialized in commercial leasing for food and beverage and retail operators.

Jack received his B.B.A in Marketing and Business Management from Hofstra University, where he was named to the Dean’s List.

A licensed youth soccer coach, Jack enjoys cycling and running in his spare time.

Recently promoted to General Accountant in recognition of her expertise and efficiency, Angela joined RD Weis in 1998, as Accounting Manager, after four years’ experience in office management and production. She was simultaneously enrolled at Iona College, from which she later earned a Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration. Based in the Elmsford headquarters, Angela is responsible for all of the company’s day–to–day accounting operations.
