KTL Flooring Solid Sports Parquet – Obvious Advantages

Solid Hardwood – with maximum lifetime as the boards can be sanded several times.
Designed with finger joints, glued stave and center joints to secure a tight and close surface and maximum resistance to water, cleaning products and resin removers.
The finger-jointed parquet boards feature heavy duty loading capacities.
All board ends are sealed to protect against wash water, dirt etc.
Waxed edges to minimize edge gluing.
The boards are coated with a hard-wearing, scratch-proof UV-lacquer, giving the surface extremely high wearing qualities, and meet the EN 14904:2006 standard regarding friction.

The factory lacquer can be re-coated to prolong the lifetime of the lacquer film before sanding and re-lacquering become necessary.
The boards are lacquered on the backside to obtain optimal moisture stability.
KTL solid floors are available in different wood species, designs and styles. As a standard the boards are available in a two staves parquet design, but three staves and 5-staves designs can be delivered as well.
The KTL factory is fully certified and offers a wide range of MTCC and PEFC certified products. All wood comes from sustainable plantations. The products are CE-marked according to EN14342:2005+A1 and EN 13629:2003
Multi Clip System
KTL Flooring Multi Sport Clip is a medium performance floating system, installed over leveled concrete, existing sports floor or other wooden based subfloors. Construction height including 22mm parquet flooring board, 3mm masonite and 10mm foam is 35mm.
The system comply with EN 14904 – Class A3 standard.

Multi-Flex Advanced
An area elastic sports floor with solid parquet floor boards, nailed to a resilient one-layer batten system. Total building height including floor boards: 52mm.
Tested and approved according to EN 14904, class A3.

COMB I – Flexiboard on Foam
16mm special profiled FlexiBoards in birch plywood, for optimum speed of installation, laid on 15mm bonded foam over level subfloor. With a top coat of 7+2mm polyurethane, glued without any joints, the system is featuring high performance combi-elastic characteristics acc. to EN 14904, Class C4. Surface renovation possible. Total construction height is 40mm.
OPTIFLOOR – Classic Subfloor for Synthetics
21mm birch plywood boards, incl. a 2-step rubber strip system on the backside, jointed by edge gluing and installed over even subfloors • With a top coat of 7+2mm polyurethane, glued without any joints, the system is featuring high performance combi-elastic characteristics acc. to EN 14904, Class C4 • Surface renovation possible • Total construction height is 35mm.
FLEXIPRO 21 – Your Ultimate Subfloor for Synthetics
Panels in 21mm birch plywood with special profiles jointed by edge gluing and installed over even subfloors. The base floor features progressive shock absorbency and ultimate loading capacity through the 2-step rubber strip system on the backside. With a top coat of 4mm linoleum, glued with welded joints, the system is featuring high performance area elastic characteristics acc. to EN 14904 – Class A4. Total construction height is 30mm.
COMB III – Traditional Triple Layer Subfloor for Synthetics
16mm load distributing sheet in chipboard or birch ply, fixed to a double layer batten system of pine boards, laid over elastic shock pads. Possible packing to 200mm over uneven subfloors. With a top coat of 6.5mm sports vinyl, glued with welded joints the system is featuring high performance combi-elastic characteristics acc. to EN 14904 Class C4. Total construction height is 73mm.
