RDW 2018 Sales Meeting

RD Weis Companies/CTS Flooring Group/PASS (Professional Athletic Sports Surfaces)  had their 2018 Sales Meeting last weekend on Friday, June 1st and Saturday, June 2nd to share industry knowledge on standardization, productivity, and accountability!

On the first day, Randy Weis opened up with an introduction and meeting objectives. Rochelle Carrington spoke about Sales Productivity and how to bring back the passion. Ayse Saziman, Human Resources Consultant of Tarpey Group HR Solutions, discussed Sexual Harassment in the workplace and Law and Hostile Workplaces as the greatest liability for any company. 

The next day, Randy Weis and Michael Callaghan took the reins and dug deep into the topics of “Standardization, Productivity & Accountability.” Randy presented a Company Overview and Strategic Direction for the team, followed by Michael’s discussion of the Sales Strategy and Process to build a proposition of our values as a company.

Later on Saturday, James McVoy, Rob Shannon, Suzanne Kolb, and Rob McGill, shared company Elevator Stories with 15-minute exercises. Rob Shannon discussed Floor Care, Mark Arbogast spoke about Hard SurfacesVic Fotia gave a robust Operations Update. Michael Callaghan led a conversation on all that our company has to offer in a Platter Discussion. As part of Associate Development, Michael then discussed, Social Styles and the Art of Neuroscience, to better understand our teammates, and to accommodate our clients.  Michael reviewed Strategic Sales Tools and introduced a 10-Step Process.  Randy adjourned the meeting.
