These VCT Floors are ready to tackle any future traffic while minimizing maintenance with a coating of non-yellowing, water-based urethane product that:
VCT is composed of binders, fillers and pigments formed into solid sheets, which are then cut into tiles, with layers of polish to protect its surface. Usually they require regular maintenance, including stripping, waxing and polishing. However, the urathane coating will reduce the need for that maintenance and makew it look good as new!

These before and after photos show the results of a tile/grout job our team completed at large computer company in NJ! We applied Color Bond to refresh the grout, giving it a like-new appearance that stops dirt from penetrating the surface and prevents bacteria from forming. The American National Insurance Company in Glenmont, NY, faced an issue with the high-traffic stairs in the lobby, as employees frequently chose to use them instead of the elevators. Over time, the carpet on these stairs had become worn out and needed a replacement.
