This terrazzo floor is over 100 years old and has gone through so much that’s dulled its natural beauty. Anchors had been shot into it for wall partition, different flooring types had been installed over it and removed, etc. Our hard surface specialist Peter Criscione gave a careful “read” and delivered the great news that the beautiful polished floor they wanted was very much possible, illustrating what it would look like with a demo.
